The role spans cross-border payments, liquidity, FX, and trade finance, driving actionable recommendations and commercial outcomes.

Based in SF/NYC/Raleigh/Charlotte, this hybrid position reports to the Enterprise Head of International Solutions and partners across the Global Banking and Markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in financial services, corporate treasury, consulting, fintech, or global payments.
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in financial services, corporate treasury, consulting, fintech, or global payments.
• BS/BA in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or 8+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international data and reporting across all international products and lines of business, to strengthen holistic visibility into global product performance and client engagement.
• Design and build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights into international client activity, product usage, flows, revenue trends, and growth opportunities.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities by analyzing client behaviour, international product penetration, transaction flows, wallet expansion potential, and cross‑product adoption patterns.
• Partner with leadership to translate analytics into targeted client strategies, pipeline opportunities, and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Support the evolution of reporting and management information to monitor compliance with our international risk and governance framework.
• Contribute to the development of international market, competitive, and regional insights to inform geographic expansion strategy.
