Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Global Security Architect for Security Operations (SecOps) to act as a deeply technical advisor for strategic customers. Lead demonstrations of Google SecOps solutions and craft robust global architectural strategies addressing technical objections.

You will enable Customer Engineers and Partner Engineers worldwide, bridging field needs with Security Product Management and Engineering. Expect travel to customer sites and conferences as part of core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with threat intelligence or cyber security domains.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify security requirements and design SecOps improvements.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay market needs and feature requests.
• Assist in onboarding and enabling customers across global regions.
• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise security architectures and integrations.

• Work with the Google Cloud teams to identify business opportunities, understand key customer technical and compliance objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Maintain technical knowledge and work with Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments.
• Support Google Cloud Security relationships and own solution's technical aspects by delivering engaging technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight solutions value proposition using techniques including whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response documents.
• Build trusted advisory relationships and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure to advice and implement a complete Google Cloud solution.
