Job summary

Addx Corporation is seeking a Senior International Capability Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Florida. The SME will support U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in enhancing interoperability between U.S. SOF and allied organizations through expert advisory and analytical support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in military operations and security cooperation frameworks, providing strategic recommendations and assessments within international settings.

This role demands strong analytical skills, operational military experience, and knowledge of DoD programs to facilitate effective capability development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of combined military SOF experience.
• Demonstrated operational experience with international military forces.
• Knowledge of DoD security cooperation training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions that improve PN SOF interoperability with U.S. SOF.
• Draft interoperability roadmaps and track progress toward objectives.
• Support PN security cooperation activities and acquisition alignment.

Skills

Deep understanding of U.S. security cooperation frameworks

Expertise in interoperability assessment methodologies

Strong analytical and writing skills

Proficiency with DoD information management platforms

Education

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or related field

Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection program
