Responsibilities

• Manage global small cap long-only public equity portfolios, including internal and external strategies.
• Define tactical and strategic asset allocation and perform portfolio rebalancing.
• Lead due diligence for external managers and ensure policy compliance and ESG guidelines.
• Present portfolio assessments and engage with senior management and governance bodies.
