Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a closely related Talent or Consulting role considering skills strategy.
• Demonstrable experience in developing technology-enabled Talent solutions.
• Demonstrable experience of identifying and deploying agentic AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the global skills taxonomy at EY.
• Lead skills intelligence using analytics to support talent activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the skills taxonomy with AI.
• Work closely with the skills transformation project team on requirements.
• Manage governance cycle for skills taxonomy with business leaders.
