Job summary

AltimateMedical is seeking a Shipping Specialist to perform final product inspections and package AMI products in accordance with training and work instructions. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures, with responsibilities spanning data entry on tablets and the PaceJet system, plus communication with QA and inventory teams.

The position is full-time and location is Morton, MN, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to follow prints and interpret documents; use equipment properly.
• Monitors own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Knowledgeable on use of common hand tools.
• Knowledgeable on use of computers; AMI internal system training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of AMI products per inspection checklists.
• Package AMI products per internal training and work instructions.
• Enter time, quantity, serial numbers, and other data on tablets.
• Enter information into PaceJet shipping system and attach labels.
• Notify QA of any nonconforming product or material.
• Notify inventory control of shortages (packaging materials, parts).
• Update reprocessed items log after inspection.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow QA and safety policies.
