Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator in Maryland to coordinate shipments from order release to delivery. You will liaise with customers, planners, warehouse teams, and site leadership to ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years in distribution/warehouse, and SAP knowledge; forklift certification is preferred. Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with benefits and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Five years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, including shipping, picking, packing/loading, receiving, or stocking.
• Working knowledge of warehouse shipping processes and SAP, including delivery creation, order monitoring, and inventory transactions; forklift certification preferred or willingness to operate site equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery, including order creation, SAP transactions, manual deliveries, shipment monitoring, reconciliation, and preparation of shipping documents such as commercial invoices.
• Partner with customers, planners, order processors, warehouse teams, customer service, production, sales, and site leadership to prioritize daily operations, support timely shipments, and maintain clear communication with Pall internal and external customers.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and operations leadership direction while supporting Daily 5S, inventory entries, Microsoft Office reporting, and Danaher Business System KPI performance.
