Coordinate with production, PMC, and warehouse teams for shipment readiness.
Monitor order status and prioritize urgent shipments.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documents.
Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize delivery routes.
Track shipment status and communicate updates to teams and customers.
Work with customs teams for import/export clearance.
Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays or shortages.
Maintain shipment records and generate reports.
