Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly shipment schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with production, PMC, and warehouse teams for shipment readiness.
• Monitor order status and prioritize urgent shipments.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documents.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize delivery routes.
• Track shipment status and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Work with customs teams for import/export clearance.
• Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays or shortages.
• Maintain shipment records and generate reports.
