Job summary

FullStack is seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager to own enterprise application support for a global agricultural science client, coordinating L1/L2/L3 teams and managing the client relationship across executive sponsors to tactical managers.

You will drive SLA metrics, staffing, budgeting, and weekly client reviews, ensuring alignment with the SOW and timely delivery while working US Eastern hours. This role is 100% remote and offers collaboration with a mix of US and LATAM professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering managed services engagements.
• Experience owning SLAs and client contracts.
• Fluent professional English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define engagement operating model and governance.
• Manage P1 incidents, RCA, and escalation.
• Oversee staffing, shift coverage, and budgets.
• Lead weekly client service reviews and progress updates.
• Drive transition from incumbent vendor and knowledge transfer.
