Job summary

  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

  • Ensure patient treatment accountability and program reporting.
  • Collaborate with supply, quality, and procurement on logistics and operations.
  • Lead digital transformation including AI integration and tool/dashboard development.
  • Ensure audit readiness and efficient resource management across operations.

  • Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, and adherence to operational KPIs
  • Ensure patient treatment accountability and program reporting
  • Collaborate with supply, quality, and procurement on logistics and operational matters
  • Lead digital transformation, including AI integration and development of tools and dashboards
  • Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and efficient resource management across global operations
Requirements
  • Educational background in a scientific field (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years direct working experience in Early Access Program management in the biopharmaceutical industry

  • Experience of successful management of complex business critical cross functional programs
  • Strong knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and business requirements related to Early Access Programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in early access operations and end-to-end management of Early Access Programs
  • Prior work experience directly managing GXP activities and MAP programs
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience improving MAP processes, whether in operational efficiency, compliance, patient access timelines, or cross-functional coordination
  • Highly organized, results-driven, with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, supported by strong data analysis skills
  • Proven expertise in change management and driving adoption of new technologies
  • Proficiency in digital and analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, AI tools)
