Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of experience in clinical data management or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed cross-functional teams in delivery of CDM strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for TA portfolio strategy and prioritization, developing the TA roadmap and study sequencing.
• Partner with leadership to ensure global delivery, knowledge sharing, and risk-based data management.
• Embed standards, automation, and data-integration in TA operating models; drive TA dashboards and KPIs.
• Forecast capability and capacity needs across regions; optimize delivery models.
• Lead TA-wide quality governance, inspection readiness, CAPA tracking, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate on-shore/off-shore resources; manage budgets and staffing.
• Provide concise, decision-ready updates to leadership.
