PrideNow is seeking a Supply Chain Business Manager to drive delivery and supplier excellence across global factories and multiple commodities. You will manage material flow, lead supplier performance metrics, and partner with engineering to resolve delivery risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in managing global factories and commodities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems with scalable results.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor movement of materials through production.
• Define metrics and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Work on procurement, inventory control (JIT, Kanban) and manufacturing strategies.
• Ensure material delivery meets forecasted demand and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply challenges.
