Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management.
• Expertise in strategic planning and execution of large-scale, multi-year, or complex initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and evaluation programs, including development of indicators, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries, including with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate across Global Security functions to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Partner with Corporate Security to develop multi-year strategic planning with milestones and risks.
• Advance Global Security's Operating Model with governance structures and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and resolve blockers across functions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Real Estate, and executives.
• Produce program updates and executive briefings focused on outcomes and measurable results.
• Lead engagement with Global Security Product teams and support product development.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
