Job summary

Harkcon, Inc. seeks two International Training Specialists to support USCG Directorate of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor. You will manage training requirements, DSAMS data, and international training activities, coordinating with partners and stakeholders.

Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required. Travel within the US and internationally may be required; primary work location is USCG Headquarters, Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required and must be maintained.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience supporting international military training or security cooperation.
• Experience with training-data management and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage training requirements and program data for international students.
• Coordinate with Regional Training Managers and partner organizations.
• Enter and validate student and training data in DSAMS and SANWEB.
• Prepare weekly reports and five-year trend analyses.
• Develop DSAMS queries and reports with relevant offices.
• Plan and supervise OCONUS Mobile Training Teams.
• Prepare congress and agency training summaries and country fact sheets.
• Coordinate with Combatant Commands and interagency partners on training sequences.
• Support Foreign Military Sales case development.
