EY in the United States is seeking a Threat & Risk Analyst to lead strategic and tactical threat intelligence for the Americas, coordinating with Global Security and Regional teams to protect personnel, facilities, assets, and reputation.

The Threat & Risk Analyst leads strategic and tactical threat intelligence efforts in partnership with Global Security and Regional Security teams, with a focus on priorities in the Americas. The role supports EY’s security mission by collecting, assessing, and reporting relevant intelligence to help protect personnel, facilities, assets, and reputation. The analyst monitors emerging national and international security concerns and delivers written analyses and briefings to support security programs and crisis management operations.
Individual will be responsible for collaborating within the EY’s Global Security team, Region teams, and with other functions to further strengthen EY’s internal and external security. To accomplish this, it will be important for this role to analyse the business environment, geographical variations, security requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Individual must be a self-starter, capable of readily managing and switching between multiple tasks and working with minimal supervision. Given the nature of the role, flexibility in schedule is required. The role currently does not contemplate any direct supervision of others.
To qualify candidates must have a minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree; field of study such as international relations, political science, history, national security studies, government, journalism, public relations, social media management or business communications preferred. Preference given to master’s degree.
Currently acting in an analyst role with at least 2 years’ experience with a preference given to those with experience in a dynamic security environment. Preferred if this has been within a large national, international or multi-national organization.
A recognized security or development qualification from recognized organizations such as ASIS, MAX Security, Toddington, CISS, or Bellingcat is preferred, but not mandatory.
Spanish language fluency, oral, written, and reading, strongly preferred.
