Texas Instruments in Dallas seeks an experienced Manager, Global Security Engineering to lead the team responsible for enterprise physical security technology, owning architecture, infrastructure, integration, system health, and lifecycle management worldwide.

You will coordinate with Security Operations, the GSOC, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Facilities, Engineering, and Procurement to design scalable platforms and maintain high availability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop security engineers, setting goals and high standards.
• Own the global architecture, roadmap, health, and availability of access control, video management, and related platforms.
• Build cross-training, runbooks, and knowledge transfer for multi-admin support.
• Design, execute, and maintain enterprise platform migrations and federated architectures.
• Establish enterprise design standards and review integrator designs before deployment.
• Plan and execute upgrades for security servers and retire end-of-support systems.
• Deploy, configure, and fine-tune application, database, and recording servers.
• Oversee routine server maintenance, monitoring, and incident responses.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure on virtualization, backups, and outage response.
• Own integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems (HR, identity, visitor feeds).
• Develop APIs and middleware to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
• Build dashboards and metrics for system health and operational effectiveness.
• Manage security systems as critical IT assets, including patching and least-privilege access.
• Coordinate network connectivity, firewall rules, and segmentation for sites and remote locations.
• Partner with Cybersecurity on risk assessments, audits, and compliance.
• Direct contract security integrators, including scope, design approval, and SLAs.
• Manage manufacturer relationships and licensing.
• Develop annual capital and operating forecasts and lifecycle replacement plans.
• Lead security technology scope for new facilities and major projects from design through handover.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, standards, assets, and disaster recovery documentation.
• Lead business continuity, redundancy, backup, and recovery planning for critical security systems.
