The position leads a team of Intelligence Analysts, Researchers, and Travel Safety Specialists, shaping risk-informed decision-making and partnering with enterprise stakeholders across the bank.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in intelligence, security or risk.
• Proven experience guiding executive risk decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops the overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical security of all employees, visitors, and assets.
• Plans and prepares for crisis response, workplace violence, and other emergency events.
• Leads a global intelligence function and provides real-time insights to senior leadership.
• Builds cross‑functional partnerships with Compliance, HR, Legal, and Communications.
• Oversees intelligence priorities, collection, and analytic standards across regions.
