Jabil in the United States seeks a Security Awareness & Capability Analyst to lead enterprise security awareness initiatives, develop training campaigns, and measure outcomes to influence employee behavior. You will work with security leadership to build programs that address top risks and regulatory requirements.

You will design content for diverse global employee groups, manage delivery across channels, and produce high-quality reports on status and improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Experience in compliance or security environments (2–4 years) and familiarity with information security programs.
