Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead SAP S/4HANA Credit Management consultant to drive end-to-end delivery across a global S/4HANA landscape, focusing on FSCM Credit Management and O2C integration.

You will lead functional design, configuration, and rollout while partnering with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams across multiple processes. The role requires strong leadership, deep SAP S/4HANA Credit Management expertise, and a track record in global template rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and SAP integration points.
• Ability to lead functional workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM.
• Own the Credit Management solution design and align with O2C architecture.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture policies and requirements.
• Translate requirements into SAP designs, config tasks, and implementations.
• Define integrations to SD, FI, Business Partner, and related systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Provide leadership to other SAP consultants and market teams.
