Job summary

Molex is seeking a Principal SAP Architect & Delivery Lead to guide its global SAP landscape and drive the S/4 transformation. This hands-on role translates business needs into SAP designs, coordinates global delivery teams, and ensures high-quality solutions.

The candidate will combine SAP architecture with delivery planning, governance, integration, data oversight, AMS coordination, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience at architect/lead level.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4 and transformation stages (design, build, test, cutover, go-live).
• Coordinate global SAP delivery teams across regions and locations.
• Strong architecture across S4, SAP BTP, integrations, data, security, reporting, and cloud decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive S/4 delivery from discovery to stabilization with roadmap alignment and milestones.
• Govern SAP architecture across S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, data, security, analytics, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate architects, leads, analysts, integration and AMS teams to align priorities and schedules.
• Govern SAP integration standards between SAP and planning, MES, CRM, procurement, and other platforms.
• Lead data architecture, migration, cleansing, governance, and reporting across domains.
• Partner with process owners to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Manage vendors: SI and AMS providers for scope, quality, risks, and milestones.
• Provide cross-functional design oversight across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• Drive governance: document decisions, manage technical debt, and elevate risks early.
• Support change and adoption with training, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
