Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP Engagement Manager to lead complex SAP programs, coordinating across OneCapgemini components and global teams to deliver client outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires strong client relation management, risk control, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable program plans using SAP delivery methodologies. You will drive governance and delivery excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP experience, including 9+ years leading complex projects, programs, or PMO functions across multiple workstreams, capabilities, and geographies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP transformation programs, including governance, financial and contractual commitments, resource planning, risk and issue management, change control, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate Statements of Work into actionable program plans using SAP delivery methodologies and project portfolio management tools.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.
• Experience applying AI, Generative AI, automation, predictive analytics, or intelligent delivery tools to enhance SAP program governance, reporting, risk identification, resource planning, decision-making, process optimization, and delivery quality.
• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, Agile, AI, Generative AI, cloud, automation or digital transformation preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of client outcomes and project results across SAP programs.
• Oversee programs with contract value up to $15 million and teams up to 100 professionals.
• Serve as the top escalation point for delivery matters and primary client escalation contact.
• Develop and maintain a baseline program plan from the Statement of Work and secure formal approvals.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, dependencies, financial performance, and executive reporting.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and intelligent delivery to improve governance and delivery quality.
