Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior SAP professional to lead SAP Order to Cash across global operations, with emphasis on S/4HANA transformation and ECC–S/4 integration. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and IT leadership, guiding architecture and cross‑functional delivery.

You will mentor SAP specialists, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to enforce best practices and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP OTC experience
• 5+ years of experience with SAP projects or major initiatives
• Strong experience in global enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
• Advanced experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Experience with Fiori, IDocs, APIs, and BAPIs
• Integration experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
• Good self-organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Ability to build trust, be assertive when required, and show initiative and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and governance of Order to Cash solutions across global operations
• Shape solution design and drive future S/4HANA transformation
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and IT leadership
• Collaborate with SAP support, development, integration, and project teams
• Drive continuous improvement, modernization initiatives, and enterprise-wide SAP best practices
• Work with SAP specialists across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Logistics, Service Solutions, and related IT/IS services
• Pioneer global solutions across ECC and S/4HANA aligned with SAP Solutions Strategy and organizational needs
• Define SAP solution architecture and integration standards
• Oversee integration between SAP and enterprise applications
• Support API, middleware, and data governance initiatives
• Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance
• Coordinate vendor and consulting resources when necessary
• Track project progress and communicate status to leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure operational service stability
• Understand business requirements and design integration solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure functional documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and high quality
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SAP specialists, sharing best practices and fostering skill development
• Design cross-functional integrations across SAP modules and external systems
