Job summary

Nextpower Inc. is seeking a Global Sales Operations Training & Process Analyst to train and coach Global Sales Analysts on quoting systems, data hygiene, and project closures.

You will act as a bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, and Sales Enablement to streamline onboarding and standardize procedures. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s or MBA with 8+ years in sales operations, strong analytics, and proficiency in CRM/ERP tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, accounting, operations or MBA/related field.
  • 8+ years in sales operations, commercial operations, customer support or related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem-solving and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and support Global Sales Analysts on quoting, estimating systems, data hygiene, and project closures.
  • Serve as primary contact for sales operations issues impacting project closures and timely completion.
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Supply Chain to resolve planning discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to standardize onboarding for Sales Analysts and ongoing training.
  • Maintain and update Sales Operations process docs and SOPs.

This role supports the daily execution and continuous improvement of global sales operations by partnering with Sales, Operation, Supply Chain, Sales Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project execution, timely project closures, process compliance, and data integrity.
