Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to monitor global developments in robotics, AI, and geopolitics, translating insights into strategic recommendations. You will build heatmaps and dashboards, work with AI tools, and collaborate with AI, Software, Hardware, Engineering, and Business teams to shape NEURA's direction.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in intelligence or related fields and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Strategic Intelligence, Market Intelligence or related fields.
• Strong interest in robotics, AI, deep tech and global technology markets.
• Excellent research, analysis, and synthesis abilities.
• Ability to contextualize technological, economic, and geopolitical developments.
• Experience with modern AI-based research tools and producing executive briefs.
• Understanding of corporate strategy, competition, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global developments in robotics, AI, deep tech, economics, and geopolitics
• Identify emerging technologies, companies, and competitors with strategic relevance
• Recognize signals, trends, and market shifts and separate short-term noise
• Screen international media, trade publications, literature, and capital market information
• Build a network to support high-quality insights and interpretations
• Use AI-powered tools to filter, validate, and structure large information volumes
• Analyze impact on NEURA, markets, and capital markets
• Develop heatmaps and dashboards to support strategic decisions
• Monitor developments across our international locations
• Collaborate with AI, Software, Hardware, Engineering, and Business teams
• Distill complex information into clear recommendations for management
• Produce executive briefings, reports, and strategic intelligence summaries; spot opportunities and risks early
