Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RF Technician to support Department of Defense customers. The role requires a mid-level engineer with strong fundamentals in RF-based systems and SATCOM.

Responsibilities include engineering analysis, SATCOM environment development, link budgets, and testing within an Agile framework; occasional international travel may occur for deployments and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• BS or technical degree with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of SATCOM equipment and RF test gear.
• Experience writing technical documents and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering analysis, integration and development support.
• Develop SATCOM signal environments with customers to meet event execution.
• Develop and analyze Satellite link budgets.
• Develop test plans; conduct testing; interpret and present results to engineering peers and the government customer.
• Participate in the full SDLC leveraging Agile methodologies.
