Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to lead regulatory intelligence and shape global regulatory strategy across products and markets. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs with Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to manage regulatory opportunities and risks.

You will monitor regulatory developments, prepare strategic analyses, and support advocacy initiatives while maintaining knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs or related field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy or government affairs.
• Familiarity with global chemical regulations (REACH, TSCA, UK REACH, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products, technologies and markets.
• Lead regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support regulatory risk/opportunity assessments and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship for regulatory input on new products.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge platforms and governance frameworks.
• Represent Solenis in industry associations and external partnerships.
