Job summary

Google seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Global Affairs, Legal, Public Policy and product teams. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks and communications across offices, time zones, and hemispheres.

The role sits within Regulatory Response, guiding inquiries and regulatory interactions worldwide with counsel and cross-functional partners. Pay varies by experience, with substantial bonus and equity components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 1 year of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with legal counsel, product teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive tasks, share information and implement project management principles upon our largest and most complex matters (including litigation, internal investigations and regulatory requests).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives and knowledge management projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and fielding escalations to stakeholders, and assisting with providing internal recommendations.
• Facilitate large, global, cross-functional working groups and influencing a broad range of stakeholders including executives.
