Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Information & Content Management to lead global regulatory information, content management, and the digital platforms that support them. You will shape strategy, governance, and lifecycle management across Business Units and Regions to enable compliant, AI-ready capabilities.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee SDLC and platform governance, and drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen regulatory effectiveness and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, technology, information management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, regulatory operations, information/content management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading regulatory information management, content management, document and submission management in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement, govern, or maintain business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Regulatory Information and Content Management strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee RIM, content management, document and submission management initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platforms.
• Ensure lifecycle, quality, and governance for regulatory information and content.
• Drive AI-enabled regulatory capabilities with governance and controls.
