Job summary

Parker LORD seeks a Regulatory Compliance Program Lead to provide strategic direction for global Transportation, Waste, and Packaging compliance. You will establish governance frameworks and partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, and EHS to reduce regulatory risk while enabling business objectives.

The role leads enterprise programs, monitors emerging requirements, and drives continuous improvement across regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hazardous materials transportation, product stewardship, environmental compliance, packaging compliance, or related regulatory disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of global transport and packaging regulations.
• Experience leading enterprise regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance for hazardous materials and dangerous goods compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise transportation and packaging compliance policies.
• Lead compliance assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement program updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk while enabling business objectives.
