The Global Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in creating professional and seamless experience for clients, prospective clients, vendors, and other callers. This position is responsible for ensuring inbound calls are answered promptly and professionally, accurately routing callers to the appropriate team members, managing voicemail and follow-up, and maintaining organized records of inbound activity. In addition to phone coverage, this role provides general administrative support, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, correspondence, and data entry.
This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability throughout the full business day to ensure consistent coverage of the firm’s inbound calls.
