POSITION SUMMARY:
TheGlobal Real Estate Transactions Manager is responsible for the execution and management of Advanced Energy's global real estate transaction activities across a worldwide portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate, this role leads lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization initiatives while ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational requirements, and financial objectives.
The position serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, brokers, landlords, legal counsel, Finance, and external consultants to deliver high-quality transaction outcomes that support the company's growth and operational needs. The role combines strategic portfolio planning with hands-on transaction execution and governance.
Success Profile
This role is ideal for a real estate professional who enjoys being directly involved in transactions and negotiations while helping shape a global portfolio. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable negotiating a lease in Asia, conducting a financial analysis in Excel, presenting recommendations to executives, and coordinating brokers and consultants worldwide.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $115,000 to $150,000 per year.
