Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Chemistry/ChemE professional to establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials used in advanced electronics. You will collaborate with vendors, drive root-cause analyses, and align supply plans with global strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential: degree in chemistry/chemE with several years of manufacturing experience and strong statistical skills; preferred: semiconductor-related background and global experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or ChemE with 5+ years in chemical manufacturing
• Understanding of statistical techniques including DOE, Control Charts, Gage R&R, ANOVA
• Experience with global collaboration and cross-functional teams
• Experience in semiconductor or related field is preferred
• Hands-on manufacturing process experience and ability to translate lab to production
• Experience with external suppliers and technical issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials used in Photoresists and associated materials
• Establish and maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production
• Interact with vendors to ensure DuPont's expectations, including audits and on-site visits
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to determine root causes and corrective actions for material quality issues
• Coordinate with a global team to ensure project success
• Ensure raw material supply plans align with global strategy
