Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Quality Systems, manufacturing, or a regulated environment with cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence peers without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for leadership presentations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the global supplier NOC program and improve timely completion.
• Coordinate participation across Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, R&D, and Digital Tech.
• Hold contributors accountable for timelines, status updates, and actions through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Identify delays and resource needs, escalating issues with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze program data to monitor aging work, turnaround times, and risks; improve visibility into portfolio risk.
• Prepare reports and presentations explaining status, risks, and actions to teams and leadership.
• Strengthen program governance, standard work, and documentation; keep NOC activities on track.
• Translate business needs into workflow/process improvements reducing administrative burden.
