Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive responsibility in quality, regulatory, manufacturing or related areas within regulated industries.
• Experience at VP level or comparable enterprise leadership with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape Baxter’s multi-year quality strategy and risk management across global operations.
• Drive improvement across manufacturing sites, supply networks, and quality systems.
• Lead enterprise quality transformation and strategic initiatives with governance and oversight.
• Advance digital quality and analytics through scalable tech and responsible AI.
• Anticipate FDA/global health authority expectations and translate into proactive strategies.
• Guide capital investment decisions aligned with patient and product risk.
