Job summary

XP Power seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end product and site quality for its High Voltage High Power division in New Jersey. You will drive continuous improvement across design, manufacturing and delivery, building a scalable, data-driven quality operating model that supports growth.

This hands-on executive role partners with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to define a global framework, oversee audits, KPIs, and supplier quality, and elevate the quality organization across multiple

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership within electromechanical, power, or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Proven ownership of product quality across multiple global manufacturing locations.
• Strong background in process-based quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with demanding OEM customers and external audits.
• Ability to lead change in a people-centric organization with tenured staff.
• Credibility to operate effectively at operator, manager, and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Full quality oversight across all manufacturing locations (internal and external).
• Define and deploy a consistent global product and site quality framework.
• Ensure the Quality Management System is robust, scalable, and aligned with ISO 9001 and applicable customer-specific quality requirements.
• Lead the transformation of the site toward process-, system-, and data-driven quality execution.
• Own quality performance, audits, and escalation for subcontractors and Asia manufacturing sites.
• Serve as the senior quality interface for key customers.
• Define, track, and act on quality KPIs covering product, process, supplier, and customer quality.
• Build, coach, and elevate the quality organization to meet future business needs.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
