Job summary

Perrigo seeks a qualified Change Control Specialist to join the Corporate Quality Systems team in Allegan, MI. You will drive global change-management coordination and governance, aligning QMS processes with regulatory and corporate requirements under the Associate Director.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and IT to improve change lifecycle performance and report on process health and risk trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, data science, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in a regulated pharmaceutical environment are preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting tool skills (Power BI helpful).
• Experience with validated data systems (SAP, TrackWise, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of Perrigo's global change-management program.
• Develop agendas, track inputs, and maintain governance records.
• Maintain QMS metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Identify risks, drive improvement, and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and IT.
