Vylor Inc. seeks a Global Seed Operations Quality Assurance Leader in Johnston, IA, in a hybrid role working in-office Tue–Thu with remote Mon and Fri. You will lead the global QA strategy, ensuring adherence to quality policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements, while coaching regional specialists to align across functions.

This role drives continuous improvement, governance of QA tools, and collaboration with stakeholders to support product launches and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Agricultural Sciences, or related field.
• Experience with QMS, risk management and auditing.
• Ability to travel internationally.

This position drives the global implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring quality policies, requirements, work processes, tools and training are implemented and maintained. Analyzes quality system data to drive continuous improvement and ensure the QMS aligns with ISO 9001 requirements.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.This is a hybrid role working in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
