Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking a QMS/V&C Lead to drive the GWE R&D Compliance Program across global sites, ensuring adherence to cGLPs, cGCPs, cGMPs and related regulations. The role partners with R&D, vendors, and customers to design, deploy, train, and continuously improve compliance controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Master’s Degree in relevant discipline is preferred.
15 years’ experience in facility management, engineering, or compliance in pharma.

Responsibilities

Assures compliance for all site facility cGLP, cGCP, cGMP and other non-EHS compliance systems and activities
Budget responsibility for compliance functions
Develops, manages, and reports progress to GWE R&D Leaders against the Compliance Program
Plans, leads, and participates in management system audits
Global point of contact for interpretation of all functional elements of the GWE R&D Compliance Program
Conducts Site Risk Management Reviews and reports on status
