Anglo-Eastern Ship Management is seeking a Vice President, Quality & Safety to provide strategic leadership across global QHSE functions for the managed fleet and shore operations. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement to meet ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and MLC standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in maritime-related field; master’s preferred.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of senior maritime cruise sector experience.
• Extensive knowledge of international maritime regulations and management systems.
• Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex risks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global QHSE function across fleet and shore operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC and flag state rules.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of QMS and SMS.
• Direct global audits, inspections, and fleet assurance reviews.
• Lead investigations of incidents and non-conformities with root cause analysis.
• Drive enterprise-wide risk management and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure safety and quality across fleets.
• Represent the organization to clients and regulators on quality and safety matters.
• Act as designated person ashore (DPA) and oversee ISM implementation.
• Participate in Crisis Management Team and provide QHSE leadership during incidents.
• Lead periodic management reviews of QHSE systems with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain executive governance of Safety and Quality Management Systems.
