Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Quality Control Validation Lead to drive the startup and readiness of QC laboratories across the Telix Manufacturing Solution network, providing oversight for qualification, validation, analytical methods, and testing processes supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing.

This highly mobile role requires more than 75% travel across multiple US sites, with extended stays, and close collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and external labs to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Radiochemistry, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC startup, qualification, validation, and readiness across the Telix Manufacturing Solution (TMS).
• Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, qualification, and lifecycle.
• Establish GMP-compliant laboratory systems, procedures, documentation, and data integrity.
• Transition validated laboratories to on-site QC.
• Lead analytical method development, transfer, verification, and validation for clinical and commercial.
• Coordinate internal and contract laboratory activities.
• Develop and maintain stability programs, protocols, and reports.
