Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced QA leader to oversee and coordinate a regional QA program supporting customer accounts, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will guide risk assessment, process improvement, and the QA management system across functions and regions, delivering insights, analyses, and training to staff and managers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of QA experience in pharma/related areas, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership to drive

Qualifications

• 10 years QA experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area including GXP QA.
• Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes and regulatory environments.
• Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience leading audits and writing audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits, report findings, and close audits.
• Provide QA support and manage quality issues.
• Recommend policy enhancements and risk mitigation.
• Author SOPs and represent QA regionally in SOP taskforces.
• Provide training and guidance on regulations to development teams.
• Host customer audits and review corrective action plans.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Promote quality principles and drive improvements.
