Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Director-level professional to lead the Project QA organization, ensuring fulfillment of deliverables and compliance with the Novo Quality Management System. You will work within a global framework across multiple sites and cultures, driving continuous improvement and strategic quality initiatives.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Quality and requires extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory requirements, and leadership of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years direct management experience required, preferably leading project teams.
• Minimum of five years managing other managers preferred.
• Minimum of ten years in a manufacturing organization managing projects or teams.
• Experience with isolator technology & production of parenteral products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project QA team in line with the Novo Way.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations & procedures.
• Support the Novo Quality Mission and drive high-performance culture.
• Provide performance management and set short/long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to meet quality goals.
• Participate in regulatory inspections & internal audits as needed.
