Job summary

Zoom seeks a Global People Experience Operations Lead to drive the end-to-end rebuild of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform and to architect a Tier 0–Tier 3 service model globally. You will embed AI and automation in people processes, delivering measurable improvements in SLA, deflection, and ROI while partnering with cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

8+ years in HR/People Operations or transformation with enterprise-scale delivery.
Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD expertise and Workday proficiency.
Experience designing Tier 0–Tier 3 service models and AI/automation delivery.

Responsibilities

Own rebuild of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including catalog, routing, workflows, and integrations.
Architect and run Tier 0–Tier 3 service model with self-service and governance.
Design and measure AI-powered workflows across employee lifecycle and TA ops.
Define PX Operations reporting, dashboards, and cadence for SLA, CSAT, ROI.
Drive global process harmonization with governance for AI/automation deployment.
