Able to work fulltime for the summer (40 hours/week).
No GM sponsorship required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Rotate every six months across Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other areas during the first two years.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to deliver value to customers.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts and services for current and upcoming vehicle models.
Cultivate cross-functional relationships with suppliers.
Source key parts, systems, and technologies for GM vehicles and future EV products.
Balance cost, quality, timing, and innovation with suppliers.
Plan and support vehicle and propulsion production so plants have the right parts at the right time.
Use data to manage demand, material changes, and daily supply chain operations.
Support inbound and outbound logistics from plants to customers.
Help design packaging, routes, and logistics solutions to reduce cost.
Contribute to sustainability, supplier resiliency, and value-chain projects.
Gain exposure to strategy, planning, GM Energy, and new business models.
