Civitta in Albania is seeking a Consultant to join our advisory team, working on cross-border assignments across sectors and practices. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes research, proposal development, donor project tracking, and client communications. Fluency in English and Albanian, strong writing, and project coordination are essential for success; compensation is based on experience under a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or social sciences.
• Proven experience in writing and/or implementing projects.
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English and Albanian (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience working on climate and infrastructure-related projects is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects effectively.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals to respond to requests for proposals and expressions of interest for public tenders.
• Conduct industry, competitor, and client-related research to provide actionable insights.
• Track donor-funded projects in Albania.
• Develop training materials and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, recommending improvements where needed.
