Job summary

GE Vernova is offering a summer internship within the Global Projects Team in the United States. You will actively contribute to key business priorities, interfacing with Projects Managers, Field Operations Teams, and HQ Digital/Process owners to drive transformation using AI and digital tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on strategy, process improvement, and relationship building with stakeholders. Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with majors aligned to business,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clearly.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving and proactive learning.
• Able to develop and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directly interface and drive change with Projects Managers, Field Operations Teams and HQ Digital/Process owners.
• Gather inputs and analyze tools and processes in the Projects Value Stream and assess digital and process improvements aligned with Transformation strategy leveraging Ai Robotics and digital environment.
• Show strong interest in digital integration to standard business processes with aptitude for Ai and technology to improve efficiency.
• Assess work streams, summarize, simplify and propose creative solutions to optimize processes.
• Experience creating AI agents, bots and personas to solve problems.
