  • Support regional project teams during tender and early project phases by helping develop realistic, feasible, and high-quality baseline schedules.
  • Review project schedules to assess feasibility, consistency, completeness, quality, and potential execution risks.
  • Conduct project planning quality assessments, due diligence reviews, and regional project reviews to strengthen scheduling reliability.
  • Train, coach, and support regional project schedulers on planning systems, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Help ensure appropriate qualification, capability, and availability of project scheduling resources across global regions.
  • Provide expert guidance on project scheduling requirements and support teams in addressing complex planning challenges.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in project scheduling, with strong expertise in tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices, ideally gained within power generation, hydro, infrastructure, or large-scale plant construction environments.
  • Demonstrated experience training, coaching, mentoring, or providing functional leadership to project planning or scheduling teams.
  • Strong understanding of project planning methodologies, scheduling standards, baseline development, risk identification, and schedule quality assessment.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex planning and execution challenges.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex scheduling concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and align teams across regions without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong leadership presence and confidence working in a multicultural, global organization.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international teams while managing competing priorities and maintaining consistent standards.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with the local market and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, international projects within a global technology and engineering environment.
  • Significant scope to influence and improve project planning standards across multiple regions.
  • Exposure to large-scale energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
  • Opportunities to train, coach, and collaborate with project planning professionals worldwide.
  • Professional development through challenging assignments, cross-regional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • International working environment with opportunities to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
