• Develops, implements and leads projects and working groups related to cost recovery working methods and data collection; monitors and analyzes programme/project development and implementation; reviews relevant documents and reports; identifies problems and issues to be addressed and initiates corrective actions; liaises with relevant parties; ensures follow-up actions.
• Collaborates with the Finance Master Data Management Team with regards to routine requests for inclusions in the services delivery catalogue as well as on year-end master data management activities.
