Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of program or project management experience.
• 10 years in change management, change management communications, planning, and portfolio management.
• 10 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in crisis management, security, and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress.
• Coordinate across offices, time zones, and hemispheres to align priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership to set strategy and decision-making for Google Cloud.
• Drive growth, development, and overall health of the organization.
