Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an experienced strategist to help shape global product and loyalty initiatives. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, evaluate options, and drive strategic decisions that influence product development and market entry.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, financial modeling, and partnership development to advance new product strategies in a fast-paced consumer technology environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate strategy or product development at a leading consumer products or technology company, or at a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Recognized for the ability to identify new opportunities, build financial models, leverage data to identify insights, and develop strategies that drive value creation.
  • Able to work cross-functionally to bring people together, gain internal buy-in, drive decisions, and deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams across the organization to bring forward new ideas and help us rapidly evaluate and execute new opportunities.

Strategy
  • Identify new and emerging category opportunities, conduct research and analysis including competitive benchmarking, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Define assessment approaches and evaluate strategic options for new product and market entry.
  • Identify and quantify value creation opportunities, evaluate ROI, and build financial models and business plans to gain buy-in.
  • Prepare strategy reviews and decisions that require alignment for the executive leadership team.
  • Support partnership pursuits that advance new product development and value proposition evolution.
Product
  • Identify and drive product improvements and optimizations, conduct user research, and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to roll these product enhancements out to ensure a continued 5-star experience
  • Partner with leaders from across Product Development and the wider business to develop short- and long-term strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Assist with new product development from ideation phase through product launch
  • Help define, develop, and iterate product specifications, connecting consumer wants/needs, white space in the market, and product technologies as the primary consumer advocate.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, excels at both data and financial analyses, and collaborates effectively at all levels to execute strategic priorities across the organization. You’ll likely be:

  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate strategy or product development at a leading consumer products or technology company, or at a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Recognized for your demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities, build financial models, leverage data to identify insights, and develop strategies that drive value creation.
  • Able to work cross-functionally to bring people together, gain internal buy-in, drive decisions, and deliver results.
  • A persuasive advisor who listens, learns, and can articulate a compelling story in a clear and simple manner.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and AI tools.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Product experience: developing and refining product strategies, facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams, and supporting product launches.
  • Chief of Staff experience: managing ad-hoc asks for leadership, including reporting and preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for consumer products and technology.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range

$90,000 — $130,000 USD
